FALLBROOK – Davidson Communities, long known as one of nation’s premier artisan home builders with headquarters in Del Mar, has come to Fallbrook.

Davidson is now selling 21 estate-sized luxury homes on home sites averaging over two acres at Malabar Ranch, a gate-guarded private enclave located at La Canada and Via Monserate Rd.

Nestled between two riparian habitats near the Bonsall-Fallbrook border, this private neighborhood offers backcountry views and parcels large enough to accommodate a pool, cabana, gazebo with walking paths, art studio, vineyard, private office, running track, putting green or guest casita.

Malabar Ranch is a collection of some of Davidson Communities’ most popular and best selling floor plans, selected from award-winning properties including Cielo and The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe. Ranging from 3,707 to 4,577 with three to four bedrooms, 3.5 to 4.5 baths, and three- to four-car garages, homes in phase one will be available for occupancy late next month.

With no mello roos fees and a low tax rate, Malabar Ranch is now priced from $1,057,900.

Of the five residences now available in the first phase, two are single level and two are designed to live like a single story home, with everything on the first floor except a super bonus room upstairs.

Davidson Communities has been building high-quality homes of architectural distinction since 1978. In 2011, Bill Davidson was inducted into Builder Magazine’s Hall of Fame for Design Excellence.
