Minor flooding is expected at this time however if moderate to heavy rain continues, flash flooding could be possible.

At about 4 am and again at 4:45 am heavy rain and hail was experienced in Fallbrook, in addition to thunder and lightning throughout the night.

It's good for Fallbrook. Our fruit trees are benefiting from the rain.

I've been up since it started around 1:30am. And then the hail around 4am. I looked out the back patio and saw a sheet of white. Amazing the weather we have right now.
