Yes, it is, and he's up for reelection along with Archie McPhee.

We absolutely need fresh blood. Many on this board don't even understand their roll is to represent the ratepayers. It is time to clean house. I know many that will back the right people that are willing to run. Please let us help to get a board that wants to do what is right for the community.

The problem is two fold.

1. I don't have the time and/or energy to do this anymore. I've been living in Fallbrook for the past 10 years and I am amazed how this community is run and the top offender being FPUD. After helping Dudleyvill, Az get their finical problems in order it becomes painfully obvious what the problem is in Fallbrook... The FPUD Board.

2. I don't have the funds to compete with these guys as far as getting my name out there. If it was as simple as looking at their past performance and voting for who you think is the best candidate they would have no chance of staying there. Unfortunately that's not the way this thing works. They have the funds to keep themselves there.

Keeping this roster for FPUD is detrimental to the community as a whole. We need a change. I hope the cute small town will see this before these five people ruin it for everyone.
