DIEGO COUNTY MOUNTAINS- SAN BERNARDINO AND RIVERSIDE COUNTY VALLEYS-THE INLAND EMPIRE-SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY MOUNTAINS-The combination of a deeper marine layer from a coastal eddy, mid and high cloud cover, and an increase in low leaves moisture in the lower deserts has caused the National Weather Service to cancel heat advisory for today. The deeper marine layer and cloud cover will bring 5 to locally 10 degrees of cooling in most areas today and near-seasonal levels today.

In the lower deserts the decrease in temperature will be offset by an increase in humidity with little change or slightly higher heat index values.
