I'm really wondering what this generic 5'9" 200 lb Hispanic (or could be white)thought he would gain by destroying Del Rey Avo? Most arsonists just like the media coverage and seeing the panic of the crowd coming to see his project going up in smoke. Did this guy just lose his job or what? Seems out of character for just an arsonist-10:30 at night all pre-planned.

He doesn't look 200 lbs., skinny legs - maybe 175. Hard to say white or Hispanic. Definitely didn't know what he was doing - good thing!! GO LAW ENFORCEMENT!!

Some kid....couldn't be more than 150 soaking wet. I don't think he was there to do damage. Really...set the cement floor on fire? What a doof! Bet ya they have him on camera at Main Street Gas buying the gas.
