In addition, as a special thank you to their customers, business owners Will and Nikki Birchall will be giving away a free Samsung Galaxy tablet on Dec. 20.
"Anyone that has any cleaning services done by us, or refers a friend between Oct. 1 and Dec. 20 will automatically be entered into our drawing," Nikki said. "Our hope is this will make someone’s Christmas a little brighter."
Since 1986, Birchall Restoration has been known for their superior knowledge and experience in carpet cleaning and flood restoration, but it doesn’t stop there.
"We can handle just about anything your house can throw at us," said Will Birchall, with a laugh. "We offer affordable carpet, tile, upholstery, and area rug cleaning. We even offer a pick up and drop off service for customers that have area rugs that cannot be cleaned on site or for rugs that require a more delicate cleaning process such as Oriental or Persian rugs. Customers may also drop off their own rugs at our showroom/shop anytime."
The business also offers air duct cleaning for both residential and commercial properties.
"Millions of people are affected each year by allergies and dust," Will noted. "Imagine how much get released into your home’s air every time you use your air conditioner or heater. Getting your ducts cleaned on a regular basis is a great way to eliminate household allergens and keep your family healthy."
When a crisis happens, this business responds quickly.
"We offer 24-hour emergency service for homes that are affected by a flood or fire," Will explained. "We will be on site within an hour and ready to handle whatever your job needs. Floods and fires are very difficult on people because it is not something you can plan for and it turns your house and your life upside down. In most cases we can have your home driedout and repairs done within a couple of weeks." Birchall also works with insurance companies to make the situation as easy for the homeowner as possible.
Mold is something that doesn’t scare Birchall.
"Don’t worry, we take care of that too," he said. "Our professional crew is trained and equipped to handle any mold job – big or small. We also work with a third party company to do mold testing before starting a job and after we are finished so that you can rest assured that your home is safe!"
Customer Ruth Haggerty had only praise for Birchall Restoration.
"I would like to comment on the great service we received from Birchall Restoration – great workmanship, work ethic and all-around good, old-fashioned service. They took the pressure off the crisis and made it all seem more manageable. Clean, efficient, and fair prices are just a few of the excellent qualities of this well established company."
The Birchalls said they take every job in a personal way, because Fallbrook and its residents are important to them.
"Fallbrook is our home," Nikki said. "We grew up here and we are raising our family here. Our customers are more like friends because we see them all around town. We pride ourselves on our reputation and love that our customers recommend us to their family and friends. We work hard every day to make sure we never disappoint anyone!"
Birchall Restoration offers discounts to seniors, military, first responders, and teachers.
"We believe that these people work hard to keep our town and country safe, and teach our youth to strive for greatness and for that reason we would like to show our appreciation," Nikki explained.
In emergency cases, the Birchalls’ offer a discount to customers on their insurance deductible, "…because we know that this is something you cannot plan for," she said.
Will Birchall is licensed not only as a general contractor, but also for flooring, asbestos abatement and mold remediation. Technicians are trained and certified to the latest in industry standards.
