The California Highway Patrol's Emergency Notification and Tactical Alert Center has extended/activated an Amber Alert on behalf of the Elko, Nevada Police department. The Amber Alert is activated from Sacramento south into Mexico.

A child abduction occurred on August 14, 2013, at 4 pm, in Elko, Nevada. The child's name is Lillianna Ramirez, 9-year-old Hispanic female. The second child's name is Martin Angel Rosales, 3-year-old Hispanic male. The suspect is Martin Cisneras Rosales, 33-year-old Hispanic male and Amber Schenck, 29-year-old white female, Ht: 5’9" Wt: 150 Hair: Sandy, Eyes: Blue.

They are possibly driving a 80s-90s model blue Ford Mustang, unknown year. Possibly with Nebraska license plate or paper plate.

Martin Rosales is the biological father of Martin Rosales II. Amber Schenck is the mother of both children. The

adults took the children from Elko against DCFS orders. Elko Police Department is in possession of Ex-parte

court orders for both Children from the Fourth District Court stating the DCFS now has custody of Lillianna and

that the children are in "danger of serious physical harm or death". Martin Rosales has violent tendencies when

dealing with police. There is also a restraining order keeping him away from his son issued July 26, 2013. The

children were last believed to be in Sacramento, California and it is believed that the adults are attempting to

enter Mexico with the children. Please call 911 if you have any information regarding this AMBER Alert.

Oh God, not cps again, here we go with cps having way too much power. I highly doubt these people are bad. Cps issued an amber alert. What a waste of time. Cps should start protecting kids who are beaten by their parents, or raped by their parents. Dcfs anywhere is a sick joke. What a waste of time. These people probably were aware of how evil cps workers are, and simply were trying to save their kids from being beaten in foster care. More abuse happens in foster care than anywhere else.

I highly doubt any harm will befall these children. These are their parents. Stranger abduction is far more dangerous and almost always lethal.

Anne: statistically speaking stranger abductions are more dangerous. Not to say these children are not going to be harmed, but it is far less likely. And, I laughed out loud when you referred to my children being raised in a convent. If you met my children, you'd love them.
