FALLBROOK – The latest in state-of-the-art car wash technology has arrived in Fallbrook… at 24 Hour Max Car Wash, located at 1148 South Main Ave.

Owner Cristian De Ferari said the newly installed Istobal MX22 "has more sensors and relays to get optimum pressure for superior cleaning performance."

Featuring hybrid touch and touch-free automatic mechanisms, the new system is "extremely programmable to do any wash package, including but not limited to tri-color foam, paint sealant, silicone tire shine, and automatic wheel scrubbing with high pressure rotating jets," De Ferari explained.

"We’ve invested $200,000 in this automatic car wash; that doesn’t include the cost of the business or any of the other improvements we’re making," he noted.

The new unit has brought industry-leading performance to Fallbrook.

"It will provide superior service and be the best car wash in town, hands down," said De Ferari.

De Ferari has owned the car wash location for four months and been busy upgrading the business and property.

The car wash offers two self-serve bays with new systems, the new automatic drive-through Istobal MX 22 system, and a full service hand wash and detail center.

"We have painted the building, put on a new roof, upgraded lighting, resealed the asphalt, fixed machines, put in landscaping, and brought in new state-of-the-art change machines that can take a $20 bill and dispense three $5 dollar bills and $5 in change so a customer doesn’t end up with $20 in quarters," he said.

A newly installed water softener ensures customer’s a spot-free rinse for their vehicles. The water is softened then carbon filtered and finally goes through a reverse osmosis system.

"Our water is purer than the bottled water in our office," said De Ferari. "That water is 14 parts per million and our car wash water is four parts per million."

De Ferari said he has wanted to own a car wash since he was a kid and named the Fallbrook car wash after his son, Max.

Formerly in the erosion control business, De Ferari said he was looking for an opportunity in North County when he came upon the car wash.

"The Fallbrook car wash was extremely appealing to me," he said. "We want to provide the best experience we can for people who want to wash their car themselves, use a state-of-the-art automatic car wash, or take advantage of our full service and detailing shop."

Excited to please customers and become known as the best in town is De Ferari’s goal. He also said he is offering a 50 percent off Grand Opening special for the automated car wash to introduce it to residents!

"We are paying close attention to quality and detail and are happy to invest in Fallbrook," he said.

I went through the "touchless" cycle yesterday and am VERY impressed with how well it cleaned my car. It even got all the dead bugs off my windshield that had been caked on for weeks. Can't tell you how happy I am that I no longer have to go to another city to get my car washed inexpensively AND I can get it washed any time of day.

So, nothing was mentioned about the cost of a car wash. What is it?

I love this new car wash. I'm tired of the other car wash on Alvarado St. It's quite pricey and they always stare you down for tips. The Automatic Car wash is a welcome site

Great! Don't have to leave town now to get a good hand wash. Have not had my car done in town since the previous owners car wash at that location shut down.

Anyone know how much they charge for a hand wash?

I tried the car wash and was unsatisfied. Try it out yourself and see if it's worth the extra money.

I had my vehicle detailed in the detail shop. The boys did a great job on my car and it gave me a chance to chat with them it seems everyone that works there is from fallbrook even the sign spinners. It feels like a little local mom and pop shop for your car. The whole place looks welcoming and neat and clean. I haven't tried the new automatic was yet but I am sure I will soon. Great little Carwash for fallbrook.

It is about time low cost for good service. I wash my classics 69 impala every week and love the touchless wash on my $45000 baby. No way will I let some ya- hoo touch my car.

We tried the automatic car wash today. The kids loved the 'ride' and the multicolored foam. Nice to have a good car wash in Fallbrook.

Tried the Max's Car Wash because of your article.
Went through the automatic wash and loved it. My
car has never been this clean. The wheels were shiny and
beautiful which is not always the case with an automatic wash.
I'll definitely use Max's Car Wash again.

I ran my car through the automatic car wash yesterday and was very pleased with the job it did, such a difference from some other automatics I've used in the past...must be some new technology or something but I wish this wash was in my neck-of-the-woods!!! The whole place was bright and clean, a very nice addition to your beautiful community! I invite the owner to open one in Santee!

I love this car was, and John in the Detail Department is GREAT! Calls me by name when he sees me, makes me feel important, I will come back because of there professionalism!

Thanks Guys!
