FALLBROOK – Kim and Chris Murphy, owners of Murphy and Murphy Southern California Realty have welcomed Dennis and Crystal Kaiser to their firm. With over 550 closed transactions (over 100 of those in senior communities), the Kaisers combined experience rivals that of most every agent in North San Diego County.

Kim Murphy said, "Recently having moved from Oceanside to Fallbrook, the Kaisers decided to look for a new home for their licenses and new opportunities to expand their business. We are very thankful that they chose Murphy and Murphy Southern California Realty as their real estate home and look forward to them joining our team of professionals."

Purchasing his first home in 1970, Dennis Kaiser increased its value by building an addition, and has been hooked on real estate ever since.

"Dennis and Crystal have fixed up, flipped, or currently own over 30 houses in California and other states," Kim explained. "They are currently active real estate investors. In the role of general partners, they owned and managed a 10-unit apartment building in Vista, gaining valuable owner/resident and property management experience."

Dennis earned his real estate broker’s license in 1985 and Crystal earned her associates license in 1991.

"As members of the California All*Stars, Dennis has access to the know-how and expertise of the top agents," Kim noted. "He is constantly kept abreast of the latest market conditions and techniques to market a home more effectively. Dennis’s excellent reputation in the North County has enabled him to maintain a strong personal network with top agents in the area. Dennis has earned both the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, the highest in the industry. Dennis was recently awarded the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation for his skill in working with homeowners in distress, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation for his expertise in matters of importance to those 55 or better. While with RE/MAX, Dennis earned the RE/MAX Platinum Club award for 1999, 2001 and 2003 through 2008, the highest award in the RE/MAX system. Dennis and Crystal’s skill and persistence to see the job completed has resulted in many closed escrows for their clients."
