Foundation for Senior Care adds Choi and Lentz to board

FALLBROOK – The Foundation for Senior Care recently voted to bring two new members to its board of directors – Martha Choi and Bonnie Lentz.

"The board of directors is pleased and honored to have two such distinguished women as part of our organization," said board president Jack Rockwell.

Choi received an RN diploma from the Baroness Erlanger School of Nursing in Tennessee and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Chapman University. She served as a critical care supervisor for 18 years in the Los Angeles area. After retiring, in 1989 she and her husband moved to Fallbrook. She has significant experience with non-profit organizations including holding officer positions.

Lentz earned a bachelor’s degree in arts from New Mexico Highlands University, and a master’s Advertisement

degree from University of San Diego. She and her husband moved to Fallbrook in 1962 on a part-time basis. They moved here on a permanent basis in 1968. Lentz worked for Fallbrook Union Elementary School District from 1968 to 1983 as a resource coordinator and resource specialist. She also has extensive experience with non-profit organizations, including holding officer positions.

Choi and Lentz join the other members of the Foundation for Senior Care board, including Dave Breeding, Douglas Clements MD, Allen Cook, Bob Franz, Bob Halibozek, Tom Koehler, Mike McReynolds, Rev. Dr. Bradley Resare, Jack Rockwell and Roger Shaver.
