FALLBROOK – Every Friday at 5.30 p.m., a community yoga class is held to support local charities. For a minimum $5 donation (or the equivalent in non-perishable food donations), a person can experience yoga and benefit either the Fallbrook Food Pantry, Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary, or Fallbrook Film Factory.

"Our generous landlord is not charging us any rent, so we are able to give back 100 percent of the proceeds to these non-profit organizations," said instructors Sandra Buckingham and Heidi Minga.
