FALLBROOK – Hosting 15 students from China was an amazing experience for both Zion students and their guests, they said. The fifth grade Chinese students not only received lessons in math, science, and language arts but most importantly learned about the American way of life by participating in different field trips organized by Zion teachers.

Zion student and hostess Anasofia Vazquez said that her experience of having Tang "Annie" Anying at her home was "a once in a lifetime experience" and a friendship that she will continue to have for the rest of her life. Anasofia is looking forward to visiting Annie and her family when she travels to China with Zion students and Dan Fisher (Zion teacher and international exchange program organizer) as part of Zion’s mission trip in October.
