[ Christ the King Lutheran Church ] has made this cozy yogurt shop a success for 13 years. That is how long the sisters have owned the establishment, but Yogurt Palace, under the former owners, has been offering tasty treats for 35 years.

The opportunity presented itself in the form of a summer job for Cynthia; and then evolved into a business opportunity that has become a cherished part of her life and the life of her sister, Sherene.

"Our customers are our friends," Cynthia commented.

"We love them – they are the ones who keep us going," added Sherene.

Because Cynthia and Sherene want to honor their customers, they have lined the walls with customer photos. The walls are about full to capacity and the sisters now have more recent photos in albums. These photos, as well as the delicious scents of yogurt, create a cozy, homey, inviting atmosphere.
