of Corporal. She went on to attend the Santa Monica City College of Cosmetology where in 1954 she met and fell in love with Robert McCloskey. She also worked as a United States Postal Service clerk for the Culver City Post Office. Norma is survived by her daughter, Bobbi McCloskey of Fallbrook; sons, Michael McCloskey of Fallbrook, and Patrick McCloskey of Yucaipa, Calif.; granddaughter, Michelle McCloskey of Alpine, Calif.; grandson, Dan Beringhele of Chicago, Ill.; and brothers, Richard (Crissy) Williams of Murrieta, Calif. and Michael (Rose) Williams of Twenty-nine Palms, Calif. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William McCloskey; brother, Al Williams; and sister, Phyllis Aronson. A graveside service will be held on Friday, Feb. 8 at 10 a.m. at Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery with a reception to follow at MaGee’s located at 125 S.
