FALLBROOK – The February program of the Friends of the Fallbrook Library music series will take place on Feb. 21 at 7 p.m. and feature ‘Sounds Divine,’ a vocal jazz ensemble showcasing a repertoire of diverse and notable standards with a fresh, cool point of view.

‘Sounds Divine’ has been wowing audiences with their tight, close harmonies and hip-swinging rhythms which distinctively sets them apart.   ‘Sounds Divine’ will perform at Fallbrook Library, 124 S.
