Translate this page Rainbow Water to the rescueThursday, January 24th, 2013 Issue 04, Volume 17.
After wrapping the pipe with towels and pouring hot water on them, we had water in about 20 minutes. We always store several gallons of water in case of an emergency. The problem was that the backflow unit had been damaged and was leaking badly. A call to Rainbow Water, describing the problem, had a tech at our home in less than an hour and repairs were completed before noon. I wish to thank the Rainbow Municipal Water District for its fast response and good job.
