FALLBROOK - Twenty-year old violin virtuoso, Caroline Goulding, is a star in the making, and Fallbrook Music Society is pleased to bring her to Fallbrook in concert on Sunday, January 13, at 3 p.m., at the Bob Burton Center for the Performing Arts, 2400 S. Stage Coach Lane.

"Caroline is a brilliant talent," said Jane Lorenz, president of Fallbrook Music Society. "She has been proclaimed as ‘a precociously gifted virtuoso…’ by Gramophone Magazine, and we are certain that she will truly dazzle our audience in Fallbrook."

Goulding’s artistry has captivated audiences nationwide, and musical experts and professionals are as impressed by her. She began violin lessons as a mere tot at the age of three, and when she was just 13, Goulding won the prestigious concerto competition at the Aspen Festival.

She has already graced the concert stage playing as a soloist with an impressive roster of some of North America’s premiere orchestras, such as The Cleveland Orchestra, Dallas Symphony, Toronto Symphony, Houston Symphony, National Symphony, and the Cleveland Pops.

She has also appeared in recital at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Kennedy Center, and Beijing’s Forbidden City Concert Hall, among others. In 2010, she received a Grammy nomination for Best Instrumental Soloist for her debut recording.

In this Fallbrook performance, accompanied by pianist Michael Brown, Goulding will perform a variety of music certain to inspire.

This performance is funded in part by the National Endowment for the Arts and WESTAF, the Western States Arts Federation.

Tickets for Goulding’s concert are now available through Fallbrook Music Society at (760) 451-8644, or online at
