PALA - New Year’s Eve celebrants will have opportunities galore to ring in 2013 at Pala Casino Spa & Resort.

The big party will be in Infinity and will be hosted by Pop Vinyl, one of Southern California’s hottest variety bands. Tickets ($25/person) can be purchased by calling (877) 946-7252.The Infinity doors open at 8 p.m. and the show starts at 9 p.m.

For New Year’s Eve diners, Pala’s chefs at seven of its restaurants have created special menus to satisfy every palate.

Choices, The Buffet will serve a steak and seafood dinner from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. for $36 per person (discount for Pala Privileges card members). Call Choices at (760) 510-2299 for more information.

The Oak Room, Pala’s fine dining steak and seafood restaurant, will offer a New Year’s Eve menu for $109 per person from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Appetizer choices will include a variety of seafood items as well as escargots baked in garlic crust with creamy champagne garlic butter. Soup or salad will include an avocado and pear tomato salad with cilantro vinaigrette or lobster bisque. Entrée selections include Chilean Sea Bass and Jumbo Prawns, Fire Roasted Filet Mignon, and Surf and Turf (filet and lobster) with delicious side dishes. Dinner in the Oak Room also includes a New Year’s Eve Party in the Pala Events Center starting at 10 p.m.

[ Pala Mesa Resort ] will offer dinner from Mama’s kitchen for $59 person from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Dinner includes choice of appetizer selection, soup, or salad, Appetizers, soup or salad will be followed by an Acai Berry Sorbet. Mama’s will offer four entrée selections including roasted prime filet mignon, a lobster trio, and surf and turf (filet, Alaskan King Crab, and sea bass). Dessert will be Sweet Mascarpone Cheese Ravioli and Praline Ice Cream.

For $32.95 per person, the Pala Café will offer Corn and Crab Chowder in Puff Pastry, Bone-in Prime Rib with Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding, and a dessert of White Chocolate Mousse Torte with Grand Marnier Sauce.

At Sushi Sake, Pala’s popular sushi restaurant, New Year’s diners can enjoy Miso Clam Soup or Salad, a Japanese Kobe and Lobster Roll with Sweet Sushi Rolls for $39.95 per person.

For $29.95 per person, Amigo’s Mexican Restaurant will offer Crab Guacamole House Chips and Salsa, Filet and Lobster Fajitas with rice and beans, and for dessert, fried ice cream with warm berries.

And for $19.95 per person, the Pala Deli will serve Chicken and Rice Soup with a Lobster and Shrimp Club Sandwich, with a choice of sides.
