The Bonsall Chamber of Commerce will host a free opportunity for local residents at its annual Holiday Open House on Tuesday, December 18 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the tower in River Village.

"Bring your old light bulbs and Santa will exchange them for new LED's*," said an organizer. "Lighting can be up to 20 percent of your energy bill, so save this holiday and learn ways by enrolling in SDG&E's MY ACCOUNT online at www.sdge.com."

The event will also feature treats, sweets, caroling and holiday cheer.

Kevin's Critters will hold a toy drive called S4 which stands for Secret Santa Stocking Stuffers at the event.
