"We are honored to continue working with the Marine Corps on this annual event," said County Board of Supervisors Chairman Ron Roberts. "It is a great feeling to be involved in the spirit of giving and the toys we collect will help brighten the holidays for many deserving kids." Donations will be collected through Dec. 15 at Fallbrook Airpark. Pilots can also fly in their own donations at the airpark. All toys will be given to less-fortunate children locally. A special collection event will take place Saturday, Dec. 15 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. when Marines in full dress uniform will greet visitors and personally collect donations. Visitors will have a chance to see Marine Corps vehicles and private airplanes. Last year, 27 boxes of toys were collected at Fallbrook Airpark.
