The nine 2012 grants included $20,000 to Foundation for Senior Care’s Care Van program to help purchase a new van for senior transportation and its Care Advocates program providing Lifeline Alert Buttons to seniors living alone; $10,000 to the Fallbrook Food Pantry to provide food for seniors in need; $10,000 to The Elizabeth Hospice for the low-income Hospice Care Fund; $10,000 to REINS for Therapeutic Program support at the Advertisement The foundation will be preparing for another grant cycle summer of 2013. Legacy Endowment Community Foundation is a volunteer-driven, nonprofit public charity established in 1994 to serve donors, award grants, and provide leadership to improve the quality of life in San Diego’s North County, forever.
