T.B. was erradicated in this country years ago. Unfortunately this is not the case in many third world countries. Carriers of this disease are welcome in this country by those who espose open borders.
It's coming along with the illegals from Mexico and Central America.
It also comes home with those in our military serving oversees and anyone else who travels to these countries, but given the locations I'd put money on illegal immigrants.
another excuse to bash... get over yourself!
It's not bashing, it's pure facts. Ask any public health official or look the information up yourself at the CDC. Too bad the facts aren't to your liking, but that doesn't change them.
To "cough cough," military members are routinely given TB screenings.
"TB usually requires many hours of close, indoor contact to spread to others, so most people who are exposed in classrooms do not get infected or develop the disease." Am I missing something here? School IS many hours of close, indoor contact with others for days on end every week.
It is foolish to say that a statement of fact is bashing. TB is coming in over our open borders. Are we supposed to suppress the truth in order to be politically correct?
Amazing how many people get testy when some quote the truth. Illegal aliens from Mexico and Latin America do bring in diseases long ended in this country only to come back in force. Maybe the rule of law and strict control of our borders would prevent this but the democratic party needs it's voting base. Every study out there says this but still people get their cards out. I know we live in a time where we re elect liars (Obozo) but there is only one truth, accept it.
Well, if we just blame those ilegal aliens from other countries, do we really believe that no white in this country ever carry any disease???? oh please spare me. My ex husband, being A WHITE, had TB since he was young. Stop blaming others, just get real, any disease comes from anywhere.... Let's stop the blaming game you WHITE PEOPLE. This country has turn into everyone's WORST NIGHTMARE. |
