Ladies can learn about ‘Beating the Holiday Blues’

FALLBROOK – Women that attend the Nov. 29 Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out Event hosted by Regency Fallbrook at Fallbrook Library will learn ways to beat the holiday blues.

Peter Jenson, M.D., family medicine, will discuss "Beating the Holiday Blues… Mingle all the Way." In addition, a presentation on "Healthy Chocolate for Happiness" will be made by Rose Spellman, Xoçai/Early Lite Healthy Chocolate.

The event will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., is free of charge, and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun, and door prizes. Attendees are asked to bring canned food items to assist the Fallbrook Food Pantry. Seating is limited. Call (760) 731-8432 to RSVP or visit www.fallbrookhospital.com.
