FALLBROOK – Fallbrook Hospital and Palomar Pomerado Health/ Graybill Medical Group (PPH/GMG) have finalized a new agreement, effective immediately.

Patients who have a Graybill primary care physician, and who have a United Health Care commercial or Medicare Advantage plan via the PPH "Full Risk Agreement," once again have in-network coverage for all Fallbrook Hospital services.

"This is great news for all those patients who want to continue to choose Fallbrook Hospital for elective or emergency care," said Kirkpatrick "Kapua" Conley, chief executive officer of Fallbrook Hospital.

As Medicare open enrollment continues through Dec. 7, the new agreement helps to ensure that area residents have plan options that include Fallbrook Hospital and community-based physicians and specialists.

"We understand how important it is to have access to quality, compassionate health care close to where you live and work. Fallbrook Hospital provides a wide array of services to meet patients’ health care needs."
