Charles Frederick Hoffman, born Dec. 24, 1940, passed away Sept. 30, 2012.

He is survived by his wife Ruby, daughters Michelle Tanaka, Anna (Bobby) Taylor, Rowlanda Ware and Lynn Moll; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

A celebration of life and remembrance for family and friends will be held on Saturday, Oct. 6 from noon to 3 p.m. at the Fallbrook VFW with a potluck.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Victory Junction, a Nascar Foundation for kids who are very ill. The information can be found at VictoryJunction.org. Chuck loved Nascar.

Dear Ruby......Marie Cancel and myself are sadden of the news of Chucks passing. I hope if there is anything we can do to assist you during this difficult time you will let us know. Please call and let us know Laurel Klausing and family.
