"The marine layer will move in a little farther tonight due to a stronger onshore flow and lower pressure aloft, likely resulting in areas of dense fog for coastal areas of San Diego County, western portions of San Diego County valleys and western Advertisement "This will make for a precarious morning commute," they added. During the dense fog conditions, visibility may be limited to a quarter mile or less in some areas. "Dense fog will result in hazardous driving conditions due to very low visibility, particularly at night and during the morning rush hour," the advisory stated.
