VFW assists military pets

FALLBROOK – Fallbrook VFW Post 1924 and it’s Ladies Auxiliary recently donated $1,000 to Like Home Boarding, which is a non-profit organization specializing in taking care of military pets while their owners are deployed.

Almost every pet at Like Home Boarding belongs to a young man or woman serving our country and the boarding facility assures that the pets will be healthy, happy, and loved until their owner’s return.
