Quilt Guild to host trunk show, workshop

FALLBROOK – On Thursday, Oct. 4, the Fallbrook Quilt Guild will host a trunk show by award-winning quilter Ardie Skjod at the Fallbrook Community Center, 399 Heald Lane.

Skjod’s quilts have been featured at the International Quilt Festival, Long Beach 2010, several Valley Quilters Guild annual shows 2004 – 2010 and in the International Quilt Market and Festival traveling exhibit 2011.

A workshop by Skjod entitled "Candle/Mug Mat" (log cabin style) is being offered on Saturday, Oct. 6 at the Fallbrook Senior Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. For fee and more information, contact Ruby Hoffman at
