This is ridiculous! Are we supposed to be afraid of this guy or is he someone in need of help? How about some details?

Well done Fallbrook Village News for being the first on the scene! I live on Sumac Rd, close to where this occurring and we had a helicopter fly over several times with loudspeaker blaring-pretty scarey, I did not know what was happening. So I called down to the local fire station and they knew nothing. Told me to stay inside and call the sheriff, where I was put on hold for ever. So I decided to research myself and pondered whether the Fallbrook Village News might have the information. Sure enough you guys did. Thank you. I will keep an eye out for the gentleman and, rather than stay inside, might take a walk to see if I can be of some help. I pray he is found soon.

Instead of the loudspeaker, they need a system that automatically sends text messages everyone in the area about what is happening. You can't hear those loud speakers anyways.
