I would like to extend a heart felt thank-you to the members of the Mary Fay Pendleton PTA for making the teachers feel so appreciated during Teacher Appreciation Week.

On the first day, we arrived at school to find all of our doors decorated with unique banners created by the room moms and kids! By the end of the week, we had been fed breakfast, two delicious lunches, snacks at recess, and to top it all off a vast array of desserts on the last day. Each day we received gifts, several of which were handmade, along with encouraging notes.

I know many of my colleagues would echo my words when I say that I am proud to have been given the privilege to work on this campus, and to educate the students of our dedicated military families!
