Individuals such as James Matthews are the real criminals in this world. Meanwhile most of us stay occupied with issues such as universal health care and immigration reforms the white collar criminals are getting away. I recommend Capitalism: A Love Story to everybody.
Kyle Kyle Kyle. It's just money.
He still paid his taxes look what the goverment has done to the banks free money. Just keep working for the City, County or State you will be alright everybody else will be broke.
$1.9 million from his "side business"? WOW! Times were GOOD during the past several inflated years when the masses perceived, in their narcissists pea brains, that they were wealthier than they really were. And, to have the 'ability' to pay it back in a timely manner, he must have been squirreling away some big money to boot. Sad truth is that when you mess with the Feds over money the penalty in jail time and fines is always much higher than those committing fraud / identity theft, burglaries, assaults, etc. against you and me at the State level. The Fed laws regarding "lying to a Federal Agent" is a sad legal premise, too. There is no such beast in the State's lexicon. And let's not even talk about the Feds' interpretation of Double Jeopardy, which we as citizens are suppose to be protected against. Beat a State charge and the Feds will smack you down with an identical/similar charge, if it's deemed politically beneficial to them. Wake up America...
Matthews just got caught for not feeding the pig. I would do the same thing. Screw the government.
part of my strategy for not paying taxes to support a corrupt government and illegal wars is to not make very much money in the first place. HAH!
A: All wars are illegal your point? Would be nice if everyone could play nice nice with one another but if a war comes, I pick the winning side, our side. Maddow and Olberman come on later tonight so you can get additional talking points for the blog.
the government takes your money and gives it to the already wealthy. that's not enough though, they also create money out of nothing and in the process destroy our entire currency. life savings and retirement will be nothing soon. wake up u.s.a.
