FALLBROOK – "Reaching Out, Building Bridges in Friendship and Federation" is the slogan for incoming district president for 2010 to 2012, Pat Harvey, of the California Federation of Women’s Clubs, Palomar District #24. Harvey presently serves as District First Vice President Dean of Chairman, and is President of the Bonsall Woman’s Club. She will be replacing Diana Smith of Poway who has served as district president from 2008 to 2010.

the Palomar District recently met at the San Luis Rey Bridge in Bonsall in a symbolic gesture of reaching out to one another and all members in the sisterhood of the California Federation of Women’s Clubs which was established in 1900. Palomar District #24 consists of 14 clubs dedicated to uniting women of all ages for community service locally, nationally and internationally. For more information, visit
