Healthy Woman event to focus on diabetes & exercise

Start the year off right by attending the January 28 Healthy Woman Ladies Night Out Event hosted by Club Paradise Fitness Express, 706 S. Main Street. Learn about diabetes prevention and management with Dr. Kal Abouelhosn, Graybill Medical Group and Member of Fallbrook Hospital Medical Staff, and about buddying up to exercise by Jeaneane Colombero, personal trainer, Club Paradise Fitness Express.

The event is from 5:30 to 7 p.m., is free of charge and includes social and networking opportunities, food, fun and door prizes. Bring a canned food item to assist the Fallbrook Food Pantry to provide food for those in need.
