Fallbrook Housekeeping, a local cleaning business owned by Susana Ramirez and Jose Ramirez, has been receiving positive praise for its professionalism and splendid work.

"My sister-in-law, Susana, wanted to provide housecleaning services for people that would be affordable and have high quality," said Jose.

In creating this business, their focus has always been, and still remains, providing the best service and care for their clients.

"We bring our own cleaners and supplies," said Jose. "We take care of everything."

Providing the cleaning supplies means less of a burden on the homeowner.

Fallbrook Housekeeping uses premium cleaning products, but on one occasion, Jose said a client requested a different solution.

"We changed the cleaner to what they wanted; we want to make our clients happy," explained Jose. This type of flexibility is why Fallbrook Housekeeping is acquiring a loyal clientele.

This family-owned business is bonded, insured and carries Worker’s Compensation Insurance.

"We are honest people who won’t overcharge you; you can rely on us," Jose said.

Currently, Fallbrook Housekeeping has six employees. The majority is family members and the rest are close friends. If a new employee is brought in, a background check will always be done, assured Jose.

Speed and quality work is the cornerstone of Fallbrook Housekeeping. Rather than sending in one housecleaner to do a job, two or three are sent.

"A lot of homeowners don’t want someone cleaning their home for six hours, so we send in a small group and get it done a lot faster." According to Jose, Advertisement

many housecleaning jobs can be completed within two to three hours.

Fallbrook Housekeeping offers detailed residential cleaning and also specializes in vacancy cleanings. For vacancy cleanings, explained Jose, extra attention is given to kitchens and bathrooms.

They have a strong reputation for getting a unit or home prepared for a new tenant. "We even have special cleaners to make stainless steel shine," said Jose.

This cleaning business offers weekly, bimonthly and monthly services.

"On our Web site, customers can also schedule a cleaning or request an estimate," he said. In the future, Jose says Fallbrook Housekeeping will branch out to commercial jobs.

Though their prices are competitive, Jose is well aware that there are some people in the area who will charge very little to do a job.

"If you pay someone $10 an hour, are you going to get quality service? Will this person replace something they broke in your home?" asked Jose. "We are bonded and insured; we will always be responsible."

Doing business in the 21st century, Fallbrook Housekeeping does their part for the environment by recycling their plastic bottles. "Everyone is going green and we want to contribute to that."

Jose also pointed out that switching to more natural cleaning products will be something they will do in the near future.
