Willis Allen Real Estate has worked diligently to develop and maintain a sterling reputation in the real estate industry for the last 90 years. They have remained independent and family-owned, empowering them to continue on the real estate thoroughfare of excellence and customer satisfaction.

"Willis Allen Real Estate is known throughout San Diego County and that has attracted people to us," said Kristine Creed, manager of the company’s Fallbrook branch.

Creed explained that opening an office in Fallbrook was originally the idea of Jeanne Stuart, a top real estate professional in the area. Stuart approached Willis Allen Real Estate and, after much discussion, this respected company agreed to expand into Fallbrook last year. The company quickly outgrew their small office in the Pala Mesa area and recently moved to a larger office at 1595 South Mission Road.

"The Fallbrook office has a small number of agents, with a strong presence that can sustain us in this location," Creed said. Each of the agents has their own niche of expertise, and all have seasoned experience in the Fallbrook market.

Creed said Fallbrook is a great place to live where people can buy affordable properties and land. A lot of people who relocate to Fallbrook are leaving densely populated cities behind and finding respite with acreage.

After managing the Rancho Santa Fe office for a number of years, Creed has found that there is a good synergy between Fallbrook and Rancho Santa Fe.

"Many times, people who cannot afford Rancho Santa Fe right now come here [to Fallbrook and Bonsall]; it’s a very attractive alternative," she said. Creed said she feels that Fallbrook offers great quality homes and a desirable rural atmosphere.

Traditionally, Willis Allen has been known and respected for efficiently handling property transactions in the coastal areas and high-end markets. However, they are a real estate powerhouse in all spectrums of the real estate industry.

"We want to be the high-end service company for everyone," explained Creed.

Willis Allen has affiliations with other prominent companies, such as RELO and Luxury Portfolio. These relationships provide an advantage to a much wider audience in the real estate market.

magic of the Internet, that they wouldn’t normally see," Creed said. Willis Allen, known for their strategic marketing flair, is also a member of the West Side MLS, which covers areas including Beverly Hills, Malibu and Pacific Palisades.

This real estate company knows how to achieve a reputation of trust with its clients. "[Customers] can always count on the fact that their agent is going to provide insight toward making a decision," Creed said. "Clients experience an enormous sense of relief knowing that their agent will operate on their behalf. That is why we have agents who have integrity and experience."

Creed went on to mention that the owner of Willis Allen Real Estate, Andrew Nelson, personally meets every agent that is hired. With offices in Coronado, Del Mar, downtown San Diego, La Jolla, Point Loma and Rancho Santa Fe, in addition to Fallbrook, that is no small task.

"[Nelson] knows everyone that represents his company," she said. "He likes to know all the details of what’s happening." This scenario is quite different than that of most big companies.

Above all, the Willis Allen team is excited to be in town of Fallbrook. "We are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship," said Creed.
